The Hill

The Hill is the famous area at the centre of the course. It's free for pedestrians to walk onto The Hill at all racemeetings, vehicles are charged. There are minimal facilities on The Hill outside of The Derby Festival.

The Hill is at the heart of the Derby party as many people flock to experience the market and funfair. Although buses and coaches are not parked next to the rails, they still experience the fun of The Hill at an affordable price. It features all the facilities you need to really make the day fly by, including;

• Betting facilities
• Food and bar facilities
• Toilets

It's free for pedestrians to walk onto The Hill.
