The easiest way to book your tickets is online - just click on 'Tickets' in the left hand menu, then 'Buy Tickets Online.' Only UK credit and debit cards can be used to book online - if you hold a non UK credit or debit card please call the Box Office to buy your tickets (details below). Please note that we restrict online sales for some areas. If your chosen area is not displayed, it does not necessarily mean tickets are sold out in these enclosures. To purchase other ticket types, call the Ticket Office on 0844 579 3004.
Booking
Booking by Telephone
The Box Office is open from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will accept either Visa, Mastercard or Switch. There is a £2.50 handling charge on all bookings.
Booking by Post
Please write to the Ticketing Department, Epsom Downs Racecourse, Epsom Downs, Surrey KT18 5LQ, stating the following:
- The meeting you wish to attend
- The number of tickets and for which enclosure
- Your contact details - name, address and a daytime telephone number
- The total amount of the cheque enclosed - please remember to include the £2.50 handling charge
- Cheques should be made payable to "Racecourse Investments Ltd"
Receiving Payment
Please note that tickets will be dispatched when payments have cleared. If you are ordering tickets less than 7 days before an event, we regret that payment by cheque will not be possible.
Children in the Queen's Stand
Accompanied children of all ages wishing to enter the Queen's Stand on both days of The Derby Festival will need to become Junior Members.
Children in all other enclosures
Accompanied children aged 16 or under are admitted free of charge to all Enclosures except for the Queen's Stand, on both days of The Derby Festival.
All children must be accompanied by a paying adult
Diamond Club
For those aged over 60, Membership of the Diamond Club entitles you to a £5 discount on Grandstand tickets to all Epsom Downs Racedays (excluding The Derby Festival) To be eligible for this discount, please call 01372 470047 for an application form. A one-off payment of £10 is required.
Groups
Groups of 12 or more can receive a discount on Grandstand Enclosure tickets if booked in advance. For further information or to book, please call 0844 579 3004 to speak to our Group Bookings Co-ordinator.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be given on unwanted or unused tickets purchased in advance. In the event of racing being abandoned, refunds on badges or tickets purchased will only be paid in the following circumstances:
- Abandonment before the completion of the first race - full refund
- Abandonment before the completion of the third or feature race (whichever is the later) - 50% refund
- Abandonment thereafter - no refund
