Our largest suite, the Oaks Hall has 1117.35 gross square metres of outstanding space with a ceiling height of 5.57 metres that can cater for parties of up to 800 guests. With state of the art facilities, it is a purpose built event hall that makes it ideal for exhibitions, product launches and conferences.
The largest of our three inter-joining suites with 540.32 gross square metres and with state of the art facilities also with spectacular views over London and the Downs, this really is the ideal location to wow your guests.
The central room of our three inter-joining suites on the first floor of our brand new Duchess’s Stand has 283.18 square metres of exhibition space, and has the most spectacular views over the Downs.
Located on the second floor of the Duchess’s Stand has 177.37 square meters and with its unique curved wall and balcony the Downs View Suite also has dramatic views across the Downs and the Racecourse.
The Duchess’s Stand opened in April 2009, a venue with state of the art facilities, sensational views, and a wide range of suites and rooms.
