We're licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies and Partnership Ceremonies for up to 250 guests and catering for receptions for up to 600 people, so whether you're looking for something intimate and romantic or of a grand and breathtaking scale, we have something on offer to suit you.

The Blue Riband Room is located on the first floor of the Queen’s Stand and is a wonderful place to spend the day.
At the centre of the Queen’s Stand, it is a highly prized location with double aspect views over the Downs and the
London skyline.
Is a light, spacious and multi-purpose room with some of the most magnificent views over London and the Downs.
The largest of our three inter-joining suites and with spectacular views over London and the Downs, this really is the ideal location to wow your guests.
The central room of our three inter-joining suites on the first floor of our brand new Duchess’s Stand, has the most spectacular views over the Downs.
Located on the second floor of the Duchess’s Stand and with its unique curved wall and balcony the Downs View Suite also has dramatic views across the Downs and the Racecourse.
One of our more intimate suites, the Boardroom is a traditionally decorated room with views over the finish line and the Downs.
The Jockey Club Room is located on the 2nd floor of the Queen’s Stand and boasts sensational views across London and the Downs. This versatile suite has a balcony overlooking the finish line and winning enclosure.
The Duchess’s Stand opened in April 2009, a venue with state of the art facilities, sensational views, and a wide range of suites and rooms.
