There are areas set aside for customers with a Blue Badge, to allow forward parking in Car Park 2 & Car Park 20, both of which are near to the racecourse entrances.
At the three entrances into the racecourse there are access points for wheelchair users, semi-ambulant visitors, pushchairs and those accompanied by assistance dogs.
If you need an assistant to accompany you to and at the races, one complimentary admission ticket will be provided for your assistant at the entrance on the day. Racegoers with less obvious disabilities may be asked for documentation as proof.
There is a raised viewing ramp next to the track for customers in wheelchairs to use. There are viewing areas suitable for wheelchairs on the balconies of all boxes and private suites. There is additional wheelchair viewing for customers in wheelchairs on the first floor of the Duchess’s Stand. This area can only be accessed via the lifts by entrance 4 to the Duchess’s Stand.
In the Duchess’s Stand there are disabled toilets on each floor. In the Queen’s Stand there are disabled toilets on the Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor and Fourth Floor.
Individual Induction Loops are available for hire from the Main Reception in the Admin Building.
If you require information or assistance during your visit, please report to the Main Reception in the Admin Building where they will be pleased to assist you. Alternatively, please ask any member of staff, who will be more than happy to assist you.
Both the Duchess’s Stand and Queen's Stand have lifts allowing access to each floor of each Grandstand.
These are most welcome but we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times.
