Owners are entitled to up to four owners badges per runner, or six in the case of a partnership or syndicate. These can be collected from the Owners & Trainers office by the Lester Piggott Gates (between Car park 2 and the Queen’s Stand) on presentation of your PASS card.
Owners & Trainers parking is in Car Park 2, and owners will be posted two labels for this area in advance.
In addition to the Queen’s Stand, owners and trainers with runners at Epsom enjoy the use of the Prince’s Stand. Ground floor facilities include a full bar, coffee lounge and Tote service and we offer complimentary tea, coffee and sandwiches throughout.
Whilst we try to keep restrictions to a minimum, we would be very grateful if you could be guided (for Queen’s Stand dress code) to a smart casual dress code. Jackets and trousers with a collared shirt are encouraged. Smart denim (no rips or tears) is acceptable. For the avoidance of doubt, sportswear and trainers are not permitted in the Queen's Stand. There is a separate dress code in the Queen's Stand during the Investec Derby Festival.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Paddock under any circumstances. Children aged between 12 and 16 will be given access only if accompanied by an adult and have also had permission from either the Clerk of the Course, Andrew Cooper, or the Managing Director, Rupert Trevelyan. Only they are allowed to authorise such access.
We keep back a limited number of spaces specifically for owners in our popular Blue Riband Restaurant in the Queen’s Stand. These will be released on a first come, first served basis between now and the Wednesday morning before the race, after which time they will be released to the general public.
