Charity Racedays

A charity raceday at Epsom Downs Racecourse offers numerous fundraising opportunities for a charity regardless of size or depth of support base. One of the key features of a charity raceday is the opportunity for your corporate supporters to enjoy a spectacular day at the races, whilst raising money for their chosen cause. 

Each raceday is tailored to suit the needs of each charity, outlined below are just a few elements of a potential fundraising strategy for your event:

• Title sponsorship of the charity raceday
• Up to 7 individual race sponsorship packages to sell on at a profit
• Individual sponsors for lunch, wine & champagne reception
• Revenue from up to 65 table sales (tables of 10)
• Silent Auction in the room and/or on the course
• Live auction in the your Suite
• Exit collections at the end of racing
• Reduced raceday tickets to be sold on at a profit
• Raffle on the day around the Racecourse
